Cherry.tv Live Sex Cams
It might be hard to believe (especially given the ratings), but Cherry.tv has only been around for a little over a year. When you look at cam show sites that have been around for over a decade without some of Cherry.tv’s benefits, it makes you wonder what those other sites are even doing.
That said, Cherry.tv still shows its youthful age in other ways like with a smaller stable or models and fewer niches or kinks serviced. Still, with a great site and plenty of different types of shows, payment options, and ways to interact with your favorite models, Cherry.tv knows what it’s doing.
First Impressions
Pleasant User Interface
Cherry.tv bucks the dichotomy of a black and/or white background in favor of a blue to red gradient that’s not only easy on the eyes but just generally aesthetically pleasing. As nice as this is, it doesn’t necessarily do much about the fact that the models section can feel a bit cluttered with thumbnails populating the page.
It also doesn’t help the messy feeling that instead of Java pages (as is standard), Cherry.tv uses an infinite page design that can be inconvenient when searching for a particular model amongst the group. Still, the thumbnails are large and refresh fairly often, so it’s not exactly difficult to identify either.
Okay Indexing System
Cherry.tv’s indexing system isn’t bad by any stretch of that word, but it is a bit limited– seemingly intentionally so. For larger, more established cam sites, models assign themselves whatever tags and categories they want. While that applies to Cherry.tv as well, the models are limited to three tags.
This might be good for keeping things tidy on the UI side of things, but it makes it tricky to know what a model will do on stream. On top of that, the master list of tags isn’t exactly small but it leaves out some popular or common kinks. It also doesn’t help that the tags are often duplicated to no effect.
Content
Lots of Models
This statement needs to be taken with a grain of salt, though there’s no question that Cherry.tv boasts a catalog of models that number in the thousands. That said, this number can be a bit deceiving as the total number of models on Cherry.tv is nowhere near the number of models you can expect to encounter.
Granted, you have a better chance of encountering more models if you visit during peak hours in the evening, but it’s still not as many models as you’re liable to find with some of the bigger cam sites. On the plus side, Cherry.tv boasts a wide variety of different types of models catering to a range of different kinks and niches.
Some Limitations
It’s worth noting for everything that Cherry.tv does offer, there are a lot of things that you can commonly find on other cam sites that Cherry.tv doesn’t offer. Probably one of the biggest absences from Cherry.tv is a dedicated “Couples” category (though it does include a couples tag).
This is important if you’re interested in actual sex since the most common forms of penetration on Cherry.tv are either digital or with toys. Granted, there are plenty of models that use a sex machine, so it’s not like there’s nothing in the way of “sex.” Still, the lack of couples means a lot of viewers will be missing their favorite type of show.
Another surprising omission is the absence of any previously streamed content. For a lot of the most popular cam sites, models often have a back catalog of shows and even photo shoots that you can purchase after the fact. That said, Cherry.tv advertises itself as an exclusively live service, so it’s not unexpected (even if it is disappointing).
Payment Options
While all cam sites have different payment options, not all of them offer a particularly good value. With Cherry.tv, you can find some decent values, but don’t expect to be blown away by the bundle deals. For the most part, Cherry.tv uses a premium currency called “tokens” that cost $0.01 per token.
If you buy the tokens in bulk, you get a discount, though 1150 tokens for $100 means you only get $1.50 worth of free tokens for the bundle. Cherry.tv also has a VIP subscription that provides some free tokens, notoriety when using the site, and access to more and better gamified options.
Connectivity
No Problems Encountered
It’s worth noting that this section comes with a bit of a caveat as there’s no real way for Cherry.tv to guarantee your connection with a given model. A big part of this has to do with the fact that Cherry.tv serves more as an intermediary, connecting users and models, than anything else.
As such, if you or a model has an unstable internet connection, there’s not a whole lot that Cherry.tv can do to improve either situation. However, when it comes to Cherry.tv’s connection, you don’t have to worry about the site freezing you out, booting you off, or just plain crashing.
On top of that, you can watch your favorite models in whatever resolution they stream in (though testing encountered nothing higher than 1080p). Even better, if you change the resolution while watching a show, there’s no abrupt shift or change. After a second or two, the stream adjusts to the new resolution without a hiccup.
Interactivity
What You’d Expect
While Cherry.tv doesn’t exactly lack any of the more common forms of interaction with its models, it doesn’t break any new ground either. Granted, once a market like cam shows reaches maturity, there are not too many ways to build a better mousetrap. Still, some sites offer more ways to interact with models than Cherry.tv.
Of course, those types of interactions tend to be less frequented by users, but it’s still worth recognizing the site’s limitations. However, for the forms of interaction that Cherry.tv does support, you shouldn’t have to worry about wanting for options. As mentioned prior, some of the different types of shows afford interactivity.
However, you won’t be able to gain access to a model directly outside of the Cherry.tv ecosystem– not unless the model chooses to do so. This means that without appealing to a specific model, you won’t be able to interact over a phone call or through text messages.

Final Thoughts
When it comes right down to it, Cherry.tv might be a fresh face in the cam show site world, but it takes multiple pages out of the books of other successful sites. Having a user interface that’s both pleasant to look at as well as easy to navigate makes using Cherry.tv a breeze and shouldn’t frustrate you (like some other cam sites can).
While Cherry.tv still works on building a steady, regular model database, it has plenty of high-end performers from a variety of different niches and categories. That said, the absence of couple cams (or the extreme limitation of them) means that there’s not a whole lot of “truly” hardcore content on the site.
However, you shouldn’t lack for types of shows, generally, as Cherry.tv offers all of the niches you expect like private, group, spy, and C2C. Even better, you don’t have to worry about Cherry.tv losing connection unless the model does. Finally, many shows stream in HD as well as other resolutions.
